GiliPass is a digital product delivered instantly upon purchase. Due to this, all sales are final and non-refundable.
1. No Refunds
Refunds are not provided in the following situations:
Change of mind
Incorrect purchase
Unused or partially used Passes
Inability to use the Pass
Lack of internet access
Partner availability, refusal, or capacity limitations
Weather conditions or external disruptions
2. Delivery Issues
A refund may be issued only if:
Your GiliPass is not delivered, and
We are unable to successfully deliver it to the email address provided
If you do not receive your Pass within 1 hour, please contact: support@gilipass.com
3. Partner Services
GiliPass provides access to offers from independent partner venues.
All services, bookings, and experiences are provided directly by these venues. GiliPass is not responsible for:
Service quality
Availability
Refusal of service
Booking policies
Refunds are not issued in relation to partner-related issues.
4. Agreement
By purchasing a GiliPass, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy.
