GiliPass is a digital product delivered instantly upon purchase. Due to this, all sales are final and non-refundable.

1. No Refunds

Refunds are not provided in the following situations:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect purchase

  • Unused or partially used Passes

  • Inability to use the Pass

  • Lack of internet access

  • Partner availability, refusal, or capacity limitations

  • Weather conditions or external disruptions

2. Delivery Issues

A refund may be issued only if:

  • Your GiliPass is not delivered, and

  • We are unable to successfully deliver it to the email address provided

If you do not receive your Pass within 1 hour, please contact: support@gilipass.com

3. Partner Services

GiliPass provides access to offers from independent partner venues.

All services, bookings, and experiences are provided directly by these venues. GiliPass is not responsible for:

  • Service quality

  • Availability

  • Refusal of service

  • Booking policies

Refunds are not issued in relation to partner-related issues.

4. Agreement

By purchasing a GiliPass, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy.
