Active users can expect the pass to save more than it costs in one day or less - this is easy if you put it to use.

With casual use, including some food & drink stops and an activity, you’ll see it covered within a day, or a day and half - depending what Partners and savings you chose.

Use it for premium activities like scuba diving courses and luxury sunset cruises, and the savings are big enough to cover the pass in one hit.

If you want to take advantage of our savings on scuba diving, freediving and 15% off bali fast boats, then choose the Explore pass.

If you don’t intend on diving or freediving, choose the Classic pass.

Yes. Children can have a GiliPass and use it in the same way as an adult pass, subject to the terms and conditions of individual Partners where age requirements apply.

For example, certain activities such as scuba diving or cooking classes may have minimum age restrictions.

Where relevant, we recommend checking directly with the Partner before booking or visiting.

For most visitors, yes - usually within the first day.

Here's a real example: breakfast at a partner venue, followed by a snorkelling trip, and you’ve already saved around $6 USD in half a day. Grab your free drink at Tir na nOg in the afternoon, and the pass is covered. And the night savings haven’t even started yet.

Other activities cover the pass cost in one hit - The savings on one Fishing trip alone is approximately $15 USD.

A saving on Pondok Santi Pool access and Bali fast boats = $10 USD. That’s the GiliPass cost covered in just 2 uses.

The Explore pass works the same way at a higher level. A single discounted DSD (Intro Dive) typically saves you $8 USD on its own. On an Open Water Course, the saving is around $40 USD, more than covering the $14.99 USD pass price before you've done anything else.

The pass is valid for 12 months and works across all three islands, so the more you explore, the more it pays back.

If you're only making one or two stops the whole trip, it might be marginal. But for anyone spending more than a day or two on the Gilis - which is most people - it's very likely to save you more than it costs.
